1. From within this software, use "List of websites" (like monster, careerbuilder etc.) to access any jobsite and search for jobs within this software and you can copy and paste "Job descriptions" into this software.
2. "Job descriptions" saved in the previous step can be 'keyword-matched" (Intellimatch) to provide a list of missing keywords that should be added to your resume.
3. Multiple "Custom Resumes" can be created and managed in this interface with IntelliMatch
4. Multiple "Cover letters" can be saved and used to apply to jobs
5. "Job application" can be done in 1 of 2 ways:-
6. "Apply online" - Reminds you of userid and password for online login and allows a copy and paste of resume into the online application
7. "Apply by Email" - automatically creates an email in your email software with Resume attached and cover letter pasted into the body and ready to be sent.
8. Allows tracking of jobs that were applied to in the past
9. All resumes, job descriptions and cover letters in 1 place keeps the process very organized and IntellMatch provides an edge-up for users to provide better matching keywords in their resumes.
